Digital Products & Services
We issue refunds for our digital products and services only under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of the Product/Service: If you do not receive a delivery email from us or access to the service you purchased.
- Major Defects: While we test all our products and services thoroughly, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us immediately if you discover any issues.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our services (such as 1:1 mentorship calls, resume reviews, workshops, and digital guides), we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered or a product has been accessed. All sales are considered final.
1:1 Mentorship Calls & Consultations
For 1:1 mentorship calls and other scheduled services, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled to a new time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your circumstances warrant an exception, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your reason for the request.
